My research focuses on host-pathogen interactions in the context of viral infection. I use a variety of in vitro and biochemical techniques to understand how organelle contact sites are altered during viral infection. Previously, I did my doctorate at the Liz Miller laboratory at the MRC LMB Cambridge. My project analysed the principles of assembly of the COPII coat, which I performed through a combination of genetic and biochemistry-based approaches.
