Asmaa Hachim

Asmaa received her BSc in Biomedical sciences at Newcastle University, before moving to Hong Kong to work on immune responses to influenza infection and vaccination at HKU-Pasteur Research Pole under Dr. Valkenburg. Her research focus has been on Influenza and COVID-19 humoral and cellular responses, and is interested in studying how positive sense RNA viruses utilize immune pathways to evade detection.
